When will I receive my order?
Each piece is custom-made, and will be placed in the production queue upon order. Generally your item/s will be sent out within 1-2 weeks, but it may be faster depending on production volume at the time the order is placed.
Do you send a confirmation e-mail?
Absolutely! In fact, we send two of them - one when your order has been placed, and another one when your order has been shipped, with tracking information for your package.
Will it match my sofa / sweater / blanket?
We strive to depict our products as accurately as possible, but actual colors may vary slightly from those shown due to monitor color settings. We can provide fabric swatches for most pillows and head wraps upon request.
How do I care for my new products?
Jewelry – Use a commercial jewelry cleaner or make one at home: https://www.rd.com/home/cleaning-organizing/cleaning-jewelry/ Note: Do not soak wood parts.
Pillows – Handwash and lay flat to dry. Do not wring. You may also dry clean them.
Baskets – Use a damp cloth to wipe clean.
Head wraps – Handwash and lay flat to dry. Do not wring. You may also dry clean them.
T-shirts – Turn inside out and machine wash cold on gentle cycle. Tumble cold or hang dry.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Baluku Design currently accepts Visa, Master Card, PayPal, Discover and American Express.
What is your return policy?
For a full refund, returns must be initiated within 7 days of receipt of your order, by e-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Item/s must be returned in original and unused condition, packed to avoid damage in transit, and insured if valued over $100. A restocking fee may apply to any order not received in good condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. Returns will not be accepted after 7 days from receipt of order at your shipping address.
